Narrabeen Veterans RSL ANZAC Village Buggy

In 2016 when representatives of the 2/5 AGH Association attended the funeral of Mrs Una Keast, which was held in the Chapel at the ANZAC Village, it was noticed that a large Buggy was being used to transport Veterans to the Church.

It was during 1997 that the 2/5 Australian General Hospital Association moved a motion to donate a mobile Peoples Buggy to the War Veterans Village at Narrabeen, to assist in the transportation of the old or disabled Veterans.

The committee at the time consisted of the following people,

President: Mrs. Rosemary (Molly) Edwards, Vice President: Mr William Kay Jnr. and the Secretary was

Mr Vince Egan.

In November 1997 this dream was realised as shown in the following photos.
